As a patient in Skåne, you are entitled to equal, safe and secure health care.

  • If you are unhappy with your care

    If you have views on or complaints about the care that you or a person close to you have been given, there are several ways for you to make them heard.

  • About your invoice

    If you do not want to or cannot pay at the time of your healthcare visit, you will receive an invoice from Region Skåne. You can receive your invoice digitally or by post to your home address.

  • Laws and legislations

    Your rights in health care emanate from the provisions of the Health and Medical Services Act, the Patient Safety Act, national legislation and regional provisions.
