Patientservice is responsible for, and manages, the invoicing of Region Skåne’s patient and health care charges to citizens as well as to municipalities, other county/regional councils and administrative authorities.

We offer support in billing and invoice issues to both citizens and administrative authorities. Also, we are happy to provide answers regarding Swedish health care regulations.

To be able to offer the best service possible, we have two specialist helpdesks – one for citizens/patients and one for representatives of public sector agencies/insurance companies.
