Call the Health Care Information Service on 1177. You can get medical advice, advice on caring for yourself and information about who to contact if your condition requires medical attention. The Health Care Information Service is open every day, 24 hours a day.
During the evening and at weekends when your healthcare centre is closed, you can contact the doctor on call service. Call the Health Care Information Service on 1177 for advice.
If you suddenly fall seriously ill or are badly injured, you should go immediately to the accident and emergency department at the hospital. The hospital’s accident and emergency department deals with accidents and patients with serious illnesses 24 hours a day.

In the first instance, you should contact your general practitioner’s clinic/healthcare centre for help with psychiatric issues. You can also contact your psychiatric outpatient clinic as a new patient. There are psychiatric outpatient clinics in Eslöv, Landskrona and Lund.
If you need help with child and adolescent psychiatry, contact one of the child and adolescent psychiatric outpatient clinics in Eslöv, Landskrona or Lund.

Poisons information
The Poisons Information Centre deals with questions relating to serious poisonings, and provides advice on suitable treatment. Call 08-33 12 31 during the daytime or 112 in the event of an emergency.
Emergency dental care
In the event of serious tooth or gum problems, you should contact your normal dentist in the first instance. The National Dental Service clinics deal with emergency patients Monday to Friday by arrangement.
